Partizan won the Yugoslav Men's Basketball Cup

Leskovac, April 2 - Partizan won the tenth trophy in Yugoslav Cup for. This
was the second won of Partizan in a row in this
competition. In final game Partizan defeat Zdravlje 79-66 (36-32).
Veselin Petrovic played a very good defense on Dragan
Nisavic, hero of the semifinal game Zdravlje - Radnicki,
but Slobodan Mitic scored 14 points in the first halftime.
Two minutes before the end Partizan made a 6-0 run and
result was 32-25, but Zdravlje answered with a 5-0 run and at
half-time score was 36-32.
In the 24 minute Partizan led 46-36 and game was
finished. Zdravlje tried to made come back but
experience and quality were at side of the rival.

Yugoslav Cup, Quarter-finals - final matches
Zdravlje Leskovac surprisingly beat Yugoslav champion Buducnost Podgorica 88-86 (37-37) on the first day of the quarter-finals tournament in Cacak. Buducnost had a 86-85 lead, but Cvetkovic made a three-pointer with two seconds left and secured the triumph for his team.
