April 10 - Buducnost, Partizan, Red Star and Hemofarm won two games
in the row and will take part in semi-finals of Yugoslav Basketball League
play-offs. Buducnost will play against Hemofarm, while Partizan will
face Red Star.
Buducnost Podgorica recorded another comfortable win against Borac Cacak. At the start of the second-half FMP Zeleznik made a 12-0 run to take a 49-43 lead, but the final minutes of the match belonged to the Red Star players. Partizan, easier than expected, beat Radnicki in the second match, controlling result much of the game. Hemofarm also qualified for the semi-finals thanks to a 13-2 run from 34th and 38th minute and excellent play of Vidacic and Pekovic in the match against host Beobanka.

Expected results in the first quarter-final matches of the Yugoslav Men's Basketball League play-off. Buducnost Podgorica recorded their 23rd successive win this season in the Yugoslav League. Thanks to better defence and offensive rebounds, Red Star beat FMP Zeleznik. Much of the game Radnicki had a lead, but in the second half Partizan players cut the deficit using opponents' mistakes in the defence and finally celebrated a triumph. Center Savic, who replaced absent Marko Ivanovic, and Pekovic led Hemofarm to the victory in the first match against Beobanka.
