Zagreb, April 9 - Yugoslav champion Becej demolished Mladost 10-5 in Zagreb and, as a first-placed team in the "Red" group, qualified for the European Men's Water Polo Champions' League Final-four tournament.
Becej was far superior during the whole match. After the first two quarters Yugoslavia's champion had a 7-1 lead!

Hero of the match was Becej goalkeeper Aleksandar Sostar who had many glorious saves. Thanks to him and Becej strong defence, Mladost scored from only one of their ten extra-man situations. Besides, Sostar saved a penalty.
In the semi-finals of the European Men's Water Polo Champions' League Final-four tournament, Becej will play another Croatian Team, Splitska Banka.
