Hemofarm better than Beopetrol in the finals

Vrsac, April 28th - The team of Hemofarm from Vrsac won the title of Yugoslav champion in women's basketball for the third time in a row, after beating Beopetrol from Belgrade in the play-off finals.

In the fifth, decisive match played in Vrsac, belligerent guests from Belgrade started the match very well and led by 8-0. Hemofarm players overtook the opposing team's advantage through patient playing, slowly but surely, and in 15th minute they got in the lead for the first time - 19-17. Until the end of the match, host team controlled the result and crowned their better playing with victory (66-57), which brought them champion celebration.
