Bucharest, November 15 - A last-minute goal by
substitute Cosmin Barcauan gave Romania a 2-1 win over
Yugoslavia in a friendly in Bucharest.
Midfielder Denis Serban gave Romania the lead in the third minute with a powerful
right-foot shot in the far corner from the edge of the area.
Lazio forward Sinisa Mihajlovic equalised for Yugoslavia
with a 25-metre free-kick in the 87th minute but Barcauan popped
up to give the Romanians a last-gasp win.
