Zarko Paspalj again in hospital

Athens, GREECE, July 5 (agencies) - Zarko Paspalj (35), former Yugoslavia's basketball player, last night suffered another heart-attack. This is second heart-attack in very short time, only few month ago Paspalj had first one.

But, the second heart-attack was weaker then the first. Zarko Paspalj is in hospital in Athens right now, and his health condition is stable so far.

Paspalj was born on the March, 27th 1966 in Pljevlja. He began his basketball career in BC Buducnost. After that, from 1986 to 1989 he was one of the best players of Partizan Belgrade in the best generation this club has ever had, next to Divac, Djordjevic, Danilovic. He played one season in the NBA with the San Antonio Spurs. Paspalj then left for Greece and made a fantastic career there, playing for three years for Panathinaikos, and after that in Panionios and Aris, spending in the meantime one year in Paris Saint Germaine, France.
