Pistons Get Rebraca From Toronto

Toronto, CANADA, July 16 (Ticker) - The Toronto Raptors, who have been very active following the best season in francchise history, traded the rights to forward Zeljko Rebraca to the Detroit Pistons for a 2002 second-round draft pick on Monday.
The deal cannot officially be announced until Wednesday, when the league-imposed moratorium ends and the Raptors are expected to officially announce a series of moves.
The 6-11, 215-pound Rebraca, 29, has spent his entire pro career in Europe. Toronto acquired him from Minnesota in January 1999 and he spent last season with Panathinaikos A.O. Athens of the Greek League, averaging 10.5 points.
The Raptors won 48 games last season and pushed the top-seeded Philadelphia 76ers to a seventh game in the Eastern Conference finals, losing by one point.
