Yugoslavia takes first place at Hong Kong water polo tournament

Hong Kong, July 15 (Tanjug) - Yugoslavia won the first place at the international Hong Kong water polo tournament on Sunday, after beating Greece 14-9.

Italy secured third place after beating the United States with 11-9, while Australia scored victory over China with 11-5 and earned the 5th place.

The Yugoslav water polo team will on Monday leave for Fukuoka, Japan, to participate in the 9th World Championship, which is to start on Thursday. Yugoslavia's will first play against Slovakia.
