YUGOSLAVIA - Germany 2-3

Ostrava, CZECH REPUBLIC, September 13 - After yesterday's brilliant victory over their archrivals Italy, Yugoslavia disappointed and managed to be beaten by Germany. Despite surprising defeat, Olympic golden medallists clinched the top spot in Pool 2 and reached semifinal.

German team was much more motivated than Yugoslav players and deservedly recorded its only victory at the championship.

In semifinal Yugoslavia will face second-placed team from Pool 1, national team of Russia.
