Asvel - Partizan 78-91 (24-26, 16- 22, 21-24, 17-19)

Villeurbanne, FRANCE, December 5 - Although without the help of playmakers (Gajic and Vujanic didn't enter the game due to injuries), Yugoslav team recorded its fifth victory in the Euroleague. Key player of the match was Vlado Scepanovic who scored 31 points, including first six three-pointers with no mistake.

The game was tied first 18 minutes. Partizan always led by wide margins (2-6 points), but Asvel never surrendered.

Partizan tried to break the score in the 2nd quarter, and finally did it before the end of the half, when Scepanovic scored 8 points in a row in the last 90 seconds.

Playing as point guard, Scepanovic controlled the game in the 2nd half. Asvel managed to reduce the gap to just four points (54-58), but Partizan made a 14-7 run for a comfortable 11-points lead before start of the 4th quarter.

Partizanīs players managed to secure their lead in the last quarter thanks to successful shots from the free-throws line.
