New shirts for renamed Yugoslavia players
Belgrade, March 15 (Reuters) - Yesterday Yugoslavian government took a decision to rename the country into Serbia and Montenegro.
However, it doesn't change anything when the country's national team is in question. Football Association of Yugoslavia (FAY) has urgently sent a request to Loto Company to stop the production of new shirts for the players. Branko Bulatovic, FAY General Secretary indicated: "The state
with the new name has one national team, which will also change its name. But against Brazil we will for the last time play with Yugoslavia written on the shirts."
