Stojadinov and Peric new world champions

Madrid, SPAIN, November 24 - Yugoslavia won three medals at the 16th World Karate Championships, which was held in Madrid from November 21 to November 24.

Predrag Stojadinov won gold medal in the male open while Snezana Peric took first place in the female open.

Milos Zivkovic reached bronze edal in the male kumite - 80 kg.
