Jaric to play in Rookie Challenge

Atlanta, UNITED STATES, February 7 - Los Angeles Clippers' rookie guard Marko Jaric of Serbia will replace San Antonio Spurs' Emanuel Ginobili in the Rookie Challenge at the NBA's All-Star Weekend in Atlanta.

This will be the ninth Rookie Challenge, which has had a change of format and rules changes since its inception in 1994. For the last three years, a team of rookies has taken on a squad of second-year players.

Marko Jaric will also take part in the Jeep All-Star Hoop-It-Up to be held on NBA All-Star, February 8 at Philips Arena in Atlanta.
