Government forms working group to end state of emergency

Belgrade, March 12, 2003 - The Serbian government has decided to form a working group to monitor the implementation of measures to end as quickly as possible the state of emergency declared earlier today, said a statement issued by the office of Serbian Deputy Prime Minister Zarko Korac.

The working group will comprise Serbian deputy prime ministers Nebojsa Covic, Zarko Korac and Dusan Mihajlovic, Acting Yugoslav Army Chief of Staff Branko Krga, Federal Interior Minister Zoran Zivkovic, Serbian Deputy Interior Minister Nenad Milic and the Serbian Prime Minister's Advisor, Zoran Janjusevic.
