PSV close to champions' title, Kezman scores twice
Amsterdam, NETHERLANDS, March 23 - Mateja Kezman scored twice as PSV downed
Ajax Amsterdam 2-0 Sunday, stretching the Eindhoven side's lead atop the
Dutch premiership to a seemingly unassailable ten points.
Serbia-Montenegrin striker Kezman whacked a tenth-minute penalty into the top
corner with great conviction.
And when Dennis Rommedahl rolled in a cross two minutes from time
Kezman was the first to the near post to fire in his 25th goal this season,
four more than his nearest rival as leading marksman, Feyenoord's Pierre
van Hooijdonk.
