Lovcen - Partizan 28-26

Belgrade, May 24 - Goalkeeper Stojanovic had 20 saves as Lovcen beat Partizan 28-26 (13-11) in the final match to win the Serbia-Montenegro's handball cup for men.

At the start of the match Lovcen made a 4-0 run. Partizan tied the score (6-6) in the 20th minute and took a 9-8 lead, three minutes later. But, in the last minutes of the first half and first 15 minutes of the second half, Lovcen was the better team. Belgrade team erased a 4-goals deficit with three minutes left

Scoring his seventh goal with minute left, Svitlica put the match beyond doubt.

Vozdovac Sports Hall in Belgrade. Attendance: 1,500. Referees: Imbronjev (Novi Sad) and Grkovic (Kac). Penalties: Partizan 7/10, Lovcen 2/2. Two minutes suspensions: Partizan 16, Lovcen 24 minutes.
