Belgrade, December 27, 2003 - The Serbia-Montenegro's Olympic Committee has voted athletes of the year Milorad Cavic, who set world record in the 100 meters butterfly at the European Swimming Championships in Dublin, and Silvia Erdelji, winner of two bronze medals at the European Table Tennis Championships in Courmayeur.

Men's national water polo team was awarded best team for winning the gold medal at the European Championship in Kranj and bronze at the World Championship in Spain.
