Red Star Belgrade, Reflex Belgrade, Cibona Zagreb and Union Olimpija Ljubljana advanced to the Adriatic League Final-Four, which will be held in Zagreb, Croatia, April 16th - 18th. In the semifinal matches Red Star will face Reflex, and Cibona will play against Olimpija.
Having beaten Maccabi Tel Aviv in the final match, Croatia's Zadar won last year's Adriatic League.
